The Built Environment sector is proving to be one of the industries hardest hit by COVID-19 and further governmental intervention has been passed in the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment No. 3) Bill (the “Bill”) in order to ensure that the built environment value chain – from builders to contractors to sub-contractors, co-share additional costs due to delays in the project caused by COVID-19.
