Organised by the Singapore Mediation Centre to keep Accredited Adjudicators abreast of the latest developments, this seminar discusses the recent Court of Appeal decision of Chua Say Eng v Lee Wee Lick Terence [2012] SGCA 63 and its profound impact on an extensive range of issues on the operation of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (Cap. 30B). The seminar will also consider the recent High Court decision of RN & Associates Pte Ltd v TPX Builders Pte Ltd [2012] SGHC 225 as well as the effect of recently-introduced amendments to the SOP Regulations.
