Practising for over two decades, Ming began her career with the specialised Projects & Infrastructure practice group at Rajah & Tann LLP. Ming is now with Eldan Law LLP with a broad practice across varied sectors, with particular interest in construction, infrastructure, insurance, professional negligence and tax. Alongside her international arbitration and litigation practice as lead counsel and as independent adjudicator, Ming also regularly advises on pre-bid deliberations, contract documentation, joint venture agreements and concession agreements, bringing focused insights from her dispute resolution experience.

Ming was lead counsel in a successful settlement refund of over $11 million (income tax versus capital gains) in relation to three inter-group property transfers of retail, hotel and office components of a joint venture company formed by public-listed groups. Other notable recent work includes acting as lead counsel for an American architectural firm in a successful SIAC arbitration concerning lead medical planner and interior design services as part of a $48.6 million multi-disciplinary package of consultancy services for an integrated healthcare project.

With a keen interest in dispute resolution, Ming is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Ming serves as a committee member of SMC's Construction Adjudicator Accreditation Committee (CAAC), overseeing the selection and assessment of SMC's adjudicator panel. Ming is the editor of the SMC CAAC newsletter, a forum for sharing adjudication perspectives and a source of legal updates for busy practitioners. Since 2018, Ming has also served on the Building & Construction Law Reform Sub-Committee, proposing law reform and practice guidelines in connection with the construction industry.

Ming is an Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), demonstrating alignment with SID’s fundamentals on corporate governance, director duties and practices, business strategy, risk management, sustainability, human capital, digitisation and finance.
