As part of her evolving and growing broad based practice, Genevieve has advised and represented clients in employment disputes, shareholders’ disputes, company disputes, cross-border disputes, and intellectual property-related disputes. Genevieve has experience acting for multi-national corporations, companies listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and senior executives.

Genevieve also regularly engages in advisory and drafting work relating to employment and intellectual property matters.
