The family of a Singaporean woman who died of breast cancer in May is seeking damages in the High Court for an alleged misdiagnosis that prevented early treatment. The clinic and radiologist have yet to file their defence statements, but have notified the court that they have hired lawyers from Allen & Gledhill as well as Eldan Law to represent them.
